Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- You simply changed your mind after accessing the product
- The request was made after the 7-day window
- The issue was caused by incompatible software/hardware not meeting the product’s requirements
- You violated our Terms of Use
3. How to Request a Refund

- Order Number
- Date of Purchase
- Reason for the Refund Request
- Any relevant screenshots (if applicable)
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with a resolution. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
4. Cancellation Policy
As our products are digital and delivered instantly upon payment, cancellations are only possible before product access or download.
If you mistakenly purchased the wrong product or placed a duplicate order, contact us immediately at uzuvps@uzuvps.com so we can cancel and refund the order if it has not been accessed yet.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
